Please find a statement below by Foundation for Government Accountability Chief Executive Officer Tarren Bragdon reacting to the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Robert’s Rules of Order are clear—‘Obey or Pay is the new Washington Way.’

The Supreme Court has given President Obama a gift that he will soon regret: exploding deficits, higher taxes, skyrocketing health care costs, and a massive bureaucracy that will have to ration Americans’ health care.  All this is the President’s problem…for now.

What was once seen as a decision for the Supreme Court is now a decision for the voters to make in November.
